Thank you for the compliment on my outfit pat

From yo this Thanksgiving, I'd love to see some really great outdoor items. I did really like some of the animated trees released last theme and the plants were fantastic (for coins too!). I'd love a huge lake in fall colors. Maybe some trees along one edge that are reflected in the water. We don't get fall in Florida so I really miss seeing the seasons change in real life.

Are you new to forums, did you take a break, did you change your username, or have I just been even more forgetful lately than usual? :haha: I've been around consistently since 2018 and feel like we "met" not that long ago.

Regardless, I'm really glad you're here now.

This has been my name since I started playing Yo. I played a while before venturing over to the forums. I didn't post much then, I did then what I do now, random gifting. I did participate in FFA with Byka and Fox when we could still gift freebies. I just liked hanging out in game at Altons and the coffee shop. I think we did "meet" before, but the last couple of years have been a blur/fog for me.

Thank you.

It's probably the one thing about Florida that I don't like. We used to take the kids to the Carolinas when they were younger so they could actually see and enjoy the changing of seasons.

I love this season best of all-can be a bit cool but so comfortable. I am in Canada and we celebrated Thanksgiving in October-we do the same traditional dinners like everyone will be having soon. I am so thankful for each day-a lot of things happen in life or mine that is,that makes me so grateful for even the littlest of things including seeing someone smile.-priceless to me.

I get to see all of the different trees and so many different shades of colours as the leaves change before winter season begins. I named my daughter "Autumn" for a couple reasons and one was because of the beautiful season and all the changes that come with it.

As for YO ,I would really love it if we had the 4 seasons as full scale rooms so that we can add whatever we want to those seasons-maybe one day they will but yeah that is what I would like to see.

My boyfriend also just built me an all-Pink Pc to play other computer games lol! but it got me back into yoworld ( If you didnt notice I had a break and came back :smug: ) I am super thankful for that!

if you ever get a chance, some places sell thanksgiving sandwiches, which is basically a sandwhich with all the classic thanksgiving foods together! turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes and gravy. you would be able to get a taste of what its like lol

One year for Thanksgiving we decided to visit family up north and do something a little different. It snowed that year and being from Florida we were quite excited and delighted. Well, we decided to do a pajama party Thanksgiving and it turned out to be one of the best Thanksgiving's ever. The one relative we thought wouldn't participate and poo poo the idea ended up being the life of the party. We also set up a photo booth and had so much fun setting up different scenes in it. That day was filled with so much laughter and joy, and tons of memories made.

Tyvm for the chance and contest
__________

-what are you thankful for? To be around for another year and more, plus my family and future.

-What are you excited to eat? Ham and dressing (minus turkey) with gravy, mac& cheese, greens, and
mashed potatoes. A slice of pecan pie.

-what are you hoping to see released in YoWorld for this year's Thanksgiving theme?
Hopefully, a complete theme

-what are you looking forward to this Thanksgiving? The Macy's holiday parade and black Friday sales.

What are you dreading? Christmas music marathon of Mariah Carey :dizzy:

-do you dress up for Thanksgiving or wear your stretchy pants to fit in all the food?

I don't dress up for a holiday, and I like wearing comfy clothes and thick shoes.

-For the cooks: what are you excited to cook? And why are you not so happy about cooking?

I have no interest in cooking, but I only do it if asked if money is involved. I would rather dine than clear a mountain of dishes.

-Has anyone ever gone to a restaurant instead of having a Thanksgiving feast? How was the experience?

No, I have not gone to a restaurant for Thanksgiving, but I have seen a few news coverages about one advertising their business afterward. You know, the leftovers.

Yummy. Did you make it or get it from someone/where?
When I buy one, it is usually from Publix, mmm.
