The Winner is not decided by lottery. None of my Giveaways are decided by lottery and will never be 
25 YoCash.
This will not be delivered to you by meeting you in-game, that is too much troublesome and I will have to pay the high FEE 
So you can regard you have an account in "The Big Bank", lol (allusion to The Big Bang theory), and you can ask me to buy for you any item or items IN THE STORE or VIP STORE whenever you like as long as you still have YC left in the Bank. That is AFTER you won.
You can purchase 1 or more items as long as they do not exceed your money in the Bank. You can buy your items not at the same time, you are free to use your money any time you want. Just tell me what you want including Code name and item name, in my game inbox or here in this thread (you can bookmark this thread if you like for easy access). Then I will buy the item/s and it/them to you.
1. No AH item (I don't want to be blamed if I lose the bid
)
2. No Crack Box items (I don't want to be blamed if I do not open a Rare item
)
3. No SlotS/Casino items (I never play the Casino)
4. If what you want to buy is something that I have, I might give it/them to you and your money will NOT be used for that item. Your money will stay the same. No guarantee I will give away mine, though, if I also like those items I have.
5. The items are for you to use, not to sell. I am against people entering my Giveaways only to get coins/YC to earn.
Rules to Enter:
1. No Alt!! If I suspect you are an Alt, your entry is not counted.
2. No rudeness history in my Giveaways.
3. You must indicate with words that you are ENTERING this Giveaway. Otherwise, your post will be ignored. My giveaways are not "You post below and you are entered."

I know it is not much. I did think of 50YC, but if I spend 50YC, I would prefer to distribute it to 2 persons, to be more fair. Not sure, no promise, but I may do that (50YC or more, just for one Winner) in the future
