Just so yall know, even if nobody guesses the right number and the closest person to it is still 50 away either way you can still win! So, obviously it's not been guessed yet, but don't give up chatting, let's have fun!

My Dad was good at coming up with 'thinkers', take me a sec to realize what he was saying and then I'd crack up. Or 'pretend' to groan at it, depending my age lol.

Beach to live & mountains to visit, or vice versa?

I lived in the Blue Ridge, used to go 'beaching' twice a year. Moved to the beach 3 miles from the ocean not been to the beach in 5 years lol I do so miss my mountains.

Yes beach to live and mountains to visit. I love warm weather so I would go to the mountains in the summer and beach it the rest of the year. I live about 6 miles from the beach now and I haven't gone lately due to hurricane damage and tourist season. I need my Vitamin Sea!

Ok, so let me explain.

I've never done this sort of contest before this is the first time. So I'm gonna work out what I need to change with the next one and all.

I just wanted to do a 'guess a number' one without there being like one or two people just posting and guessing over and over and not giving anyone else a chance.

So, At first, I thought about doing this:

Just letting everyone guess until someone got it, BUT after you guess, you have to wait for like, idk, 4 other people to put up another number before you can guess again? I wasn't sure though if people get like upset over that. Like there would have to be 4 other guesses between your guesses. (Maybe 3) .

Does that make sense and is that better than this? I might try it that way for the next one.

And no, nobodys got it yet, lol, and NO I won't say if anyone is close or not cuz that's just hint for people who've not guessed yet lol.

Shouldn't have gave it a full week this time, threads kinda slow. :haha:

AAAW,WHO SAD any water,seaside,beach..the river bank...its my dream destination,living on a beach or near...so ,I hv my DANUBE river ,sending greetings from Belgrade and my river spot ,its not a bad company lol

Oh that's wonderful company!! I love all waterfowl, swans, geese ducks, all of them. I raised a mallard from an egg in school. It's truth that they imprint on you as well. She thought I was her mama and she would pitch a fit when I left for school. My mama had to hold her back lol

True story. I once had a pet goose, her name was reader because she was nearly blind and constantly scanned back and forth, and at the same time a pet white cat named Rabbit. . Once a coyote came into the yard and the goose and cat chased him off. It was horrifying and hilarious at the same time. I was terrified he would get one of them but he didn't.
