To be honest with you, I took a long break from the game in late 2017 and came back mid-late 2023. I didn't even know any of this stuff existed until recently when I browsed through a certain site I cannot name. :shh:

I have no idea on most of the pricing, as I rarely see furniture being sold, and clothing is hard to find for older things - especially if they're not the popular items. I tried looking in AH for averages and found nothing.

Just let me know what you'd think is a fair price and I'll likely end up paying! :hug:
