When doing my coin run, certain buddies are never home (their avatar never there). Can someone tell me what this means? It's always
the same buddies. Should I delete them?

Sometimes the reason you won't see a buddy when you visit them is that they are actually in game but appearing offline, if you don't see them on your buddy list.

You should still be able to claim the mystery box and coins from your buddies though, unless you have reached your max visits for that day.

Thank you for answering! That helps, but when the buddy isn't there, nor is a gift. That's what has me confused. And, it's ALWAYS the same buddies. Thanks, again!

No worries LaUrA... mmm now that is interesting. If you are not getting the gifts and it's the same buddies, there maybe something else at play here.

Have you done all the usual clear browser cache etc since this issue began?

Failing that, if those buddies are Facebook friends, then you might need to refresh the cache of your friends list in the account settings menu above the game.

And if that fails to fix it the problem, you will need to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team (by using the help tab above the game) so that they can look at your account and investigate.

I have found that if your buddy is using his contest house as his main home, you wont see their avi. Also they wont see that you visited either....but if you go to one of your regular homes, their avi will appear as having visited during a coin run.
