Took me 45 min two days in a row to get into the game. Today i am still trying to get in via the app, but was able to get in through FB. Missing out on the app bonus. I dont know what happend but its really annoying. :dizzy:

Hey guys, have you both tried clearing your browser cache?, if that doesn't work then please try using a different browser to see if that works.

Feels like Im about to break our computer's monitor tbh, I started playng like 10 pm today and my time will end at 12 am and still I'm stuck here in the loading screen

For a week now I am having issues gaining acces to the game. Its stuck on loading. seams to be a issue with the google chrome browser. no issues with micro soft edge. Is there a issue with chrome? or any idea how to fix?

I have been trying to load the YoWorld game and have been unsuccessful for hours. It's just stuck on the loading screen. Have cleared the cache and restarted the game several times and it's not loading. Need assistance...thanks in advance. :cold:

Day 2 and no game play. Screen still stuck on loading. Missing out on game play which will keep me from receiving bonuses. Have cleared cache and restarted browser several times. Sent ticket and etc. I am sticking to my browser. Will just have to consider if the game is worth playing... have a great weekend! :wailing:

Hey guys, sorry to read y'all are still experiencing issues accessing the game.
If you have already sent in tickets, then I would ask that you are patient whilst the Player Support Team gets around to dealing with it. :hug:

it seams to be a issue with google c hrome all of my games will not load up . cant fing the issue to correct it. been like this for 2 weeks forme

Same here. Stuck on loading screen with the message "disconnected" using the app (Chrome).
Login via FaceBook works. (Chrome)
