PLEASE will the powers that be sort out my ability to watch Adds. I havn't been able to for months now and I'm missing out on so many coins and the cash...I could cry!

its been day my videos ads hant not been giving me coins or yocash and no ones getting back to me about it how can i buy stuff with out coins ty :eh:

O M G I thought it was fixed, I got to watch one film tonight (no coins though) and then poof it's gone out again. I bet it is at least a couple of months again before someone looks to fix it for me. :eh:

Right the light was on tonight, I thought :eh:

'Woopee it's fixed' but no it's not... when I clicked on it nothing, just a flash as if something is going to play and then it goes dead again. I can see the words to report it but when I click on them, nothing happens and the screen just blanks out and I have to reload to get back to the game. I'm feeling a bit more hopefull tonight that someone is listening and I will eventually get this fixed :phew:

Now I'm getting to see a message to complete the offer, but there is no offer to complete. After about a minute I can see a X in the top right corner and when clicked at least it closes the thing down and I don't have to refresh the game. We're getting close to a fix now! Me thinks...

Damm game is driving me mad!

Tried to watch the Adds today and in spite of the light being on it still wont work...and can't even report it...

Had to reboot again and now the light has even gone out.

I give up!
This is never going to be fixed, it's not worth playing if you can't get the extra coins to be able to play.

This is a known issue regarding the Ads on the Mobile App. ...

If you are having issues watching Ads in the main game, please submit a ticket to the Player Support Team - after clearing your browser cache.
