I attempted to log into the desktop app. I had to set up a new account with e-mail and enter and confirm password. I could not complete the 'captcha as a message appeared that 'captcha' couldn't connect to internet and to check my internet connection. This happened at least 2 times, if not 3. So, I went to FB and am now leaving this report from FB. Is the desktop app still working? I really enjoy the desktop app.

Hey Melva, yes the desktop app is working and you may have been experiencing a bug at the time.
Please try again to complete the captcha and if you are still having issues, please submit a ticket to the player support team.

so far I have tried a few times to get into the new page .... it asks me for my password ... I enter it ... it tells me I havent got the right "extras" in my password, I add the "extra" required and it tells me my P:W is "invalid" ... how are you supposed to go forward when it stops you at every turn ....
why didnt the app just let you get into the "new page" and then once in asked you to reset your password to what you now require .... not everyone has a "symbol" in their password as well as a number, capital letter, 8 characters long ... most have those ... but not the symbol ...

instead of hitting us with a sledgehammer when it first arrives wouldnt it be easier to ease us in abit .... my problems are not just mine it would appear everyone is having the same problems ... grrrr sort this out or nobody will be playing on your new app

welp, I'm totally stuck, tried the desktop, took me to an older player my sister used, with my info for my correct player. I have no idea how to get to MY player as the info is now connected to my sister's.

I gave up and deleted the entire thing for now...My husband can get in so I was concerned it was not legit..told me my password was wrong (it is not) and it found one account with my email address but wanted all new info....will need to find the link to reinstall...bad day to change things up when so many strange things are happening on Black Friday this year...using the FB link for now but I like the desk top much more......

OK, so second time logging into this new app and I hate it already.

I'm trying to change the color of my name tab - won't let me.

Tried to edit a room; searched the store for the theme I wanted. When I click the right arrow to move down the line of items, it saves my game...I have not done anything to the room.

Three times! Three times I tried this.

Also, when I'm typing i the search bar, the page scrolls down, so then I have to roll it back up to see anything!

WTH?! :sad:

So irritating! I don't have a lot of play time and it is so irritating to have all these issues and I can't do anything!

I finally got confirmation/verification. Now I get a message that I need an internet connection to play. Well here I am on FB, on the Yoworld forums, so I must have internet connection, right? Game will not load till I get an internet connection that YW likes? How many more hoops do I have to jump through? Appreciate help any and all help.

I submitted a ticket yesterday. I completed the transfer, and now I get a message "Internet connection need to play YW". I have an internet connection 24/7. I don't understand what I need to do next. I cannot submit new ticket, because as far as I understand, I have to be on YW to do that.

Hey Melva, sorry that this isnt going smoothly for you. That error message is definitely an issue that the Player Support Team will need to look into. You can still access and play the game via Facebook or this link so please log back in and use the help tab to submit a ticket with the details of this error message.

These are known issues Edward being worked on by the Devs as a priority. Please remember you are still able to access the game via Facebook whilst these issues are worked out.

My bugbear is the ads taking up the side. If I try to put the page up to 100 percent, the adds get big too.
