The desktop app is not working. I had to login directly via Facebook. As a result, I lost my extra coins, gifts, etc because I could not use the desktop app. It just keeps spinning and spinning. I sent a help ticket but could not attach the screenshot because I kept getting an error message saying: "No image attached." I have no idea what is going on!
