Brass Portrait frame aren't showing images...VIA new standalone (desktop) app.
- it just shows Yoworld/ville

When I try to add, it says unavailable through facebook (or something like that)

Ok... this is strange....
After bringing up browser version (via facebook) to see if image was there, and it was.., then closing and reloading app... picture is now loaded via app.

I hope one doesn't have to load up both every time to see Brass Portrait frames working properly

p.s.
I don't know if this issue has already been brought up... searching portrait frames only brings up stuff from 2018 and before.

I am confused there is an app we have to download for the frames??? Geez why??? and how??? and why hasnt anything been announced for this???

the issue is/was with the new stand-alone game app...
Pictures in brass frames are from facebook uploads.

So far, the picture is still in my frame via app, since I logged in using a regular browser>facebook>yoworld to check... and then returned to using stand-alone app.

So do we know if this feature is working now and will allow us to upload new images??

Portrait - mine is not working either. Very annoying. The worst part is that they are still selling them even though they don't work!

I came here wondering the same thing. Just bought one to add a picture, and can't do so. Does anyone have any idea when this issue will be addressed?
