me too. i missed the challenge because the game wasnt workig, missed the free slot machine, and today i was able to vote. like what the heck is going on? HEY VICKINGS, AN EXPLANATION WOULD BE NICE. the same issues i have had, many other people have reported it too. why are we the players complaints being ignored?

So Yoworld just screwed most of us, and we've lost out on the gems. I checked early this morning, still wasn't loading and since we can't all just sit and constantly check, it went right onto the voting. This is really wrong! No compensation, not even the usual banner on the top...nothing!

Same here.
I thought noone was able to enter the contest so now II got a surprise when I realized some obviously were and I got to vote.
I hope we will get some free tokens or whatever since we missed out on the challenge because BVG's fault, not ours.

They promised us 490 Gems & 80 Event Points. I received 0 of each. They can't even get their compensations to work right.

I logged in many times to do the gem challenge event and was unable to do so. Finally at about 9:30 AM eastern time I was
able to submit an outfit, BUT it was the same outfit that was in the last outfit MA2023 challenge just different hair.
I doubt I will get a good score and so far have not received the 490 Gems or 80 Event points.
AT 10 AM Eastern time NEW Dresses MA2023 came out so I could have made a better outfit and not duplicated the
previous one. Not complaining because I did get to enter before 10 AM BUT also didn't get to use the dresses for a new
outfit. Just disappointed in the way everything is messing up lately.

Neither the chest or the gem box are clickable in my game. I cannot collect gems either & they're not already in my inventory. :wailing:

I don't think so. I wonder if it'll show after 24 hours? I currently have 20 gems left, which I can't do anything with, so hopefully it'll still go through. o_o
