I have played since 2009. There was a mishap with my charge card and the bank informed me immediately and cancelled that card. I have been reissued a new card. I am a VIP member. The game will not let me buy YO CASH can this be fixed? I cannot even use my paypal. My credit standing is excellent and I make all my payments to my charge card monthly with no balance left.

Please help me.

Having same issue. Played since 2008 and never had a problem. I have no idea why you would change to Xsolla it's benn happening since they have taken over and they have poor customer service. I missed out on all the Black Friday the mia outfit. I did finally go to yoworld.com and could buy YoCash there but they didn't have the Mia Outfit and when i finally got some yocash i didn't get my VIP cash with it. Not a happy camper. Oh and i had to use another browser....... my concern is my VIP is coming up for renewal and will it go through.
Not sure why you guys need to change so much to mess up this game. I'm sure alot of techy people find and understand all this but i don't.

Oh yes and the Mia outfit i am wearing i paid for in AH where the prices can be outrageous.
