I have done all the norms of clearing cache etc, but this keeps creeping in again. Very frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi you can try using an adblocker! It comes free with some browsers like Brave. So you just downoad that browser and make sure you enable the adblocker and you will get rid all of those adds!
