For nearly a week now the entire game crashes and shuts down when I send gifts. The entire process is normal until i click "Send" and that is when the entire game crashes and no gifts are sent. Also when is the world map going to be clickable again? Halloween this year was pathetically dismal. This whole game seems to be biting the dust.

I have the same problem. I have a box that comes up saying I need another App for this and has Microsoft store listed.

I am having the same problem. It happened about a month ago, I reported, and was told it was actually Facebook's problem. It mysteriously was fixed for about a week, then it happened again and is STILL not fixed

I have the same problem but I go to the Facebook page and I can send gifts from there. There is still a pop up from chrome but it disappears so fast that I can't read it, but gifts go through.

Same issue for me now going on a week when using the YoWorld Desktop App. I have sent in two troubleshooting tickets to no avail.

I have no idea what the problem is nor when it is going to be fixed. I have to use the app to get my daily bonus rewards, then I have to open YoWorld via Facebook directly just to send my daily gifts. This is such a PAIN and I'm really sick of it. :drool:

Thank you so much for sharing this! Why the Vikings aren't posting this fix at the top of every page and in the game, I have no idea! It would save so much time for all of us.

yes i've had same issue when using desktop app but i have no problem when i log in thru FB, works fine. and reverse for adds, can only watch ads thru the desktop app. back n forth

At first, I can send but don't send the last 50, it would work, but know I can not send gifts.

Allowing a Facebook pop up would fix the sending gift issue is what I read. How do I do that? there are allot of tabs, which one do I allow? How about viruses that are in those pop ups? if I accidently click on one because I'm playing Yoworld would I get a virus? :sad:
