I submitted my Big and Boulder challenge and today it says I did not enter it

Have you checked your log (in game) to confirm that the items you purchased are not in your account. The best thing to do, in any event, is to send a ticket using the help tab above the game to the Player Support Team, so that they can look into what wrong.
