I opened the Gem Challenge on the desk top app. The free 50 gem box is ready to open. I click it and the box does not open. Tried multiple times. Went to the FB app and the 50 gem box won't open. In order to get out of the free gem box on desktop and the FB app have to 'x' it out. Cannot navigate around the 'free gem box'. Anybody else have this problem?

Yes... Unable to collect and start event.

Yes the only way I can get the chest to open is to wait until all of those stupid offers in the upper right are done and when nothing is stewing in the background just aching to pop up , only then can I open the chest. However when I try to open the clothing store it takes forever. I had to come back a second time to try and complete the challenge. Finally got my peep dressed and hit submit and finished and nothing happened. Left the room for 15 minutes and still nothing. Left the challenge and went back in and the same thing happened. What a waste of time!

Tried the Gem challange. Seems to be a loop problem. Tried to dress and it kept returning to submit.

Cannot finish dressing game locks up and can't submit, refreshed, restarted nothing works. Tried last night and this morning, sick of this
