Cant get in game since this afternoon.
cleaned the cache and signed out and back in- how long will this go on? :'(

SO sorry to read this DeeCee... I know that a fix was uploaded to the game yesterday evening, so I wonder if you have tried to load the game, since then.

If you are still having issues please email the Player Support Team using: [email protected] to alert them of your difficulties in accessing the game. Be sure to include your player ID in your email.

Loading and loading and loading and loading. It just keeps on. I have so much trouble getting into YoWorld. It happens between rooms, too. This is not new. It's been going on for weeks, if not months. Please help. I can't even click on help to send a ticket.

Like Annie, I have had this problem for at least a couple of months. It's just getting worse. Today I couldn't get into Yo for an hour and then missed the gem event because I had to ref and couldn't get in again. And it does happen between rooms. Please fix this? Rhema

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET ON GAME FOR OVER A MONTH ON MY CHROMEBOOK. I'VE SENT 2 EMAILS AND HAVE STILL NOT HEARD BACK. ON TIME I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE AND IT SAID THEY CHECKING THE PROBLEM; STILL NOTHING. LUCKY I HAVE AN OLDER LAPTOP THAT WORKS I CAN USE BUT THIS SUCKS

I'm having the same problem for weeks, I try to go to one of the events and it just keeps loading and tells me to refresh. Very frustrating, :grr
