I just bought the standable staircase twice because first one will not load into my home? I bought a second one and I can't use either one of them? I spent 7.99 I believe for each of them and it will not let me use them in my rooms, I also have a man in a boat that will not let me put into my room. I let that go but now I can't use the staircases, not happy. Can you please help me with this? Ronnii
