Someone posted the following fix for the loading screen error and it actually works. Go to to right corner on your computer and find the 3 dots and do the following: Select > 3 dots > Select Settings > Select System > Select Use hardware acceleration when available, Turn Off then close program and relaunch Chrome. OMG its works!! I have submitted tickets , tried everything, hunted for help information,asked friends cleaned cookies to log into my game on FB for over a week,I have never had these problems in all the years i've played Yo,I even had to download it onto my desktop just to log in,Wow,your awesome i cant thank you enough big hugs & love to you hun hugsss ♥

After a few days after playing the game I reset my Chrome to it's original settings just in case.

To reset Chrome to original settings before the game stopped working do the following:

Go to to right corner on your computer and find the 3 dots and do the following: Select > 3 dots > Select Settings > Select System > Select Use hardware acceleration when available, Turn ON then close program and relaunch Chrome.
