august calendar i cant claim last item flower bed.I didnt play 2 days and paid 75k total to catch up but cant get item.wtf?august calender is leaving tomorrow are you going to fix this issue?

No .I don't need to send a ticket.This is a general issue.I made event in game and so many people came&said they are having the same issue.Team need to fix that before calendar expires.

If you’re having trouble with YoWorld, your best option is to submit a ticket via the in-game Help button! (If the buttons above YoWorld aren't working for you, try disabling AdBlock or any similar software you might have running. If that doesn't help, send an email with your player ID to [email protected]!)

Tickets help you in two ways: first, the Vikings can openly discuss your account details in private conversation with you, and second, tickets send them details that are specific to your account and how you play YoWorld, and these details help them to look into what you're experiencing. The Player Support Team work hard to answer all tickets, so please don't hesitate to contact them if you have something you need help with.

i leave mine and claim them all together at the end. i couldn't claim any of them as they would not open. this issue affected everyone who hadn't claimed by a certain time... even though there should have been time as the calender did not end until 1 hour 25 mins ago :dizzy: :dizzy:

Response from the Vikings is to please submit a ticket (if you haven't already) so that they can resolve the issues of the missing (unclaimed) calendar items.

If this was adressed as a GENERAL ISSUE (by a moderator they usually do that ) bvg could fix it and then all ppl could claim their rewards before time is over.I and so many people missed their rewards.Submitting ticket for the issue that affected a lot of people don't make sense to me.Thanks for a big nothing.
