hi i play the mobile app and i reached level 60.
i did not get my feeding frenzy bundle that i paid 15 dollars
and GOT NOTHING
i should be getting 150 YoCash, 1125000 YoCoins and an animated aquarium
grandfather clock YMCA2019
i GOT NOTHING but you took my $14.99 plus 0.94 cents for tax total $15.93.
i have the receipt from Big Viking Games with the order number and the order date.
can i please have my rewards or put the money back on to my bank card.
i would rather have my reward that i worked for, for months.

Sorry to read that you have not received the items you should have, following your purchase. You will need to use the help tab above the game screen to submit a ticket to the Player Support Team so that they can resolve this for you. It would be helpful to also include a screenshot of your payment receipt or confirmation when you submit your ticket.
