I didn't get mine either (cash and coins). Sent a ticket but haven't heard anything back.

I was charged on 12/26 and just received my vip items today 12/31 and still haven't received my 200yc or the coins yet. This is a mess!

Yes Dolly, I suspect a lot of the Vikings took time off during the Holidays, is probably why there has been a slight delay in response times.

Eh I understand a day or two but it’s been longer than a slight delay yet Yoworld keeps promoting tireded deals, asking for more purchases. That’s one thing that hasn’t come to a hault. Doesn’t seem like a good return on investment

I have not received my Monthly YoCash for my Subscription that ive had for several years now, these problems are starting to become a issue and if you cant fet it right just kindly cancel my membership and refund me my money please and TY Put a ticket in last week and still NOTHING

Not sure how anyone else feels about this new way of doing the VIP membership, personally I hate having to wait every 30days for my 200YoCash! I much preferred getting 50YoCash every week.

Also, by Big Viking doing it this way we actually LOSE out on 200YoCash per year!

e.g. 52 week of 50 YoCash = 2600YoCash over the year
365 days divided by 30 days = 12.1666 months which = 200 x 12 = 2400! so we are being diddled out 200 YoCash every year!

NOT FAIR!

And there for a while in January I could not load the app at all that I had downloaded so I thought maybe a fresh copy would help it took days before I could even download a fresh copy and now my subscription is not right even after cancelling and re-subscribing.
