It's not working for me either!

I have submitted a ticket for this problem as it it obvious that BVG are doing a virtual ostrich and burying their head in the sand. I wonder how many more tickets they'll need before they take action? I feel they should refund our YoCash!

EDIT SINCE ORIGINAL POST: I received a reply back from BVG with no idea of date this non working entrance will be fixed. To add insult to injury they asked me to fill out a survey on their performance! Well here's my reply BVG are a lousy games company they steal our YC for an item THEY MUST HAVE KNOW DIDN'T WORK and they expect us to be patient! BVG get your fingers out and fix the problem or repay us all our 24 YC (some paid 30YC) You're a shameless company who do more to ruin peoples enjoyment than to create good enjoyment. Some of us are VIP (like me) so we use real money for our YC (I also buy additional YC for real money) so it really hurts when we see our money being used for useless non working items. I will submit another ticket demanding my YC back and the removal of the entrance! I think it's time the moderators put pressure on the BVG team - what's the point of moderators if they do sod all?

The only way to get this resolved is by sending in a ticket. The Vikings will not be able to fix this problem unless you have sent in a ticket. Please be patient whilst they tackle the tickets being submitted and get to yours.
