FB will no longer take my credit card for buying yc. I have tried to figure out why they are doing this but I am getting nowhere. All my info hasn't changed for years. Can someone help???

I haven't bought any cash in awhile, but just bought the $4.99 deal to check. It did go through using FB. I have mine running though PayPal which comes right out of a bank account. I hope you find the answers for using a card.

Have you tried making the purchase via the YoWorld Platform on YoCom?. The payment system being used is Xsolla and it might be that you will be able to use your card.

I could not cash out my piggy bank the other day before February ended, 'error processing transaction'. If problem persist please contact support'- the error message read. I didn't think much about it at the time but I just attempted to buy yocash as I do occasionally on the deals --and received the same error message as piggy bank- error processing transaction. I read on this post a tip to clear cache - but when I click my settings in game, my screen automatically goes dim and it does nothing - you cannot do anything or get to the cache....almost like a dim & a freeze a soon as I click settings---forcing me to refresh. I attempted a few times- same results. I've never had an issue buying yocash and I don't see any notification or reason why I keep getting error messages suddenly- baffling. I think this is affecting some but not all players- Is it a fb issue or is a yw issue-? Im not clear of any reason why suddenly this error is happening. I will submit a ticket but I also wanted to leave my feedback here after noticing maybe others are having the same issue last 2-3 days and cannot buy yocash suddenly. Any info or updates are appreciated. :).

UPDATE: I went into FB settings and payments. Viewed the info- it looks like it had automatically filled in the info with my nickname not my name that matched my bank debit card. I updated it with correct info but when submitted got error messages on there also. Messed around a little more with it, used a different browser, now my payment went through. Not sure if a coincidence or the correct updated name that matches my card needed to be fixed or what may have been causing it. So at this moment as far as I know- this last attempt worked, payment went through -bought yocash. Thank you. Hope yours is working out now or check and update card info maybe. :)

So, I came to the forum to see if others have this problem as well, and I just don't know where to post this as it is slightly different than what I read here?

I am trying to buy the appreciation deal, but it tells me I need a new app to do the payment??? :?: Even when I click on that message I get nowhere at all. Also, I would not do a new app (feels hinky), why is Paypall not accepted anymore?
Also checked my Paypall account and all checks out on my end. Even visited facebook to see if something changed there, because of what I read there, but nothing, all checks out.

Then I tried it with iDeal ... same message! I am so confused right now. Never had any problems with making payments before, and this message is just so strange.
Does anyone have any idea what it might be/mean? How I can solve this? I reaeaealy want to be able to keep buying random pixels. :D

Thank you all for your suggestions, and they made me think. I usually play YW on google chrome, but tonight I tried switching servers to foxfire. And I was able to buy some yc!!!!!! I don't have a full piggy bank, so I can't try that, but I am hopeful. Again, thanks for all the support, there are so many lovely folks on this game.

Hey Wind Witch, I am not sure what is causing that error message as I haven't seen it reported before. :?: Could you please submit a ticket to the team using the help tab above the game screen (if you haven't already) and I will flag it up also.
