Yes we already have a thread on this and Greg responded. He already checked into the problem and said this wont be an easy fix, he responded very fast too.

Hes got a list of all the items that dont work, thanks to Autumn Glory and her list. Thx AG

Would be a great to be linked to the list of things not working - i didnt realise Zen Gardens are out of order, glad i didn't buy one recently now!
