I was supposed to receive my monthly Premium VIP YoCash on the evening of September 14th. Sent in a ticket on the 15th about not receiving it. Posted on the forum several times inquiring as well. No word on my ticket and no resolution in-game. My yearly VIP subscription does not expire until November 26th but I have already cancelled. Why would a paying customer continue patroning an establishment with so little regard for them as a consumer? I care as much about helping to pay your salary as you do about me receiving what I paid for.

Same thing with me. Didn't get them this month. Usually get them between 13th and 15th of month. Still haven't gotten any response to ticket. Also, when I looked to see when they said I was suppose to get it, it says there is no information on yocash and yocoins. They already cheated me 10 yocash on the Solar Punk Solarium home bundle. It said VIP members would get 55 extra yocash. I only got 45. I sent them screen shots of both the bundle deal and the log where it showed what I actually got. They responded. But said they didn't see anything wrong with my account. I wrote back asking them to look at the screen shots because clearly it showed I was shorted. And no response. I sent two more tickets with no response. A game that cheats it's players is really the lowest. I can't buy any more bundles until they give me what I paid for. I don't trust them to give me the correct amount.

Mine says "no information" as well. I just cannot wrap my head around how horrible customer service has become. One would think that paying customers would have some sort of resolution within 10 days at the very least. Sadly, it seems BVG either needs to revamp their customer service dept or they just do not care. I mean, if they ordered a Large Pepperoni pizza to be delivered and it never showed up, they would be furious! So I don't feel that you and I are being unrealistic about what we expect of them.

Same here!
In the first days it was written undefined and something else I don't remember, now it is written information not found.
Sent 2 'tickets' still no news except the email saying they got my ticket.
It's been 2 weeks now and still didn't get my yocash neither yocoins.
Shame shame shame. :grr :wailing:

Same thing happening here, I'm over two weeks late, have not received the cash coins or items at this point. Have sent in several messages and received nothing back. Getting very frustrated with this.

Thanks for letting us know you at least have heard back. I still have not either, and as well have not received the items either. Hopefully they compensate in some way - I've missed out on many deals because I've now run out of cash.

I'm having the same problem. No cash, coins OR items. Isn't that part of the reason I paid to for VIP? I've sent in a ticket and got no response. Maybe it's time to say bye.

Today is the 5th and I have not received mine either. I gott the items, on the first, but no cash. I agree with all of you about paying and not receiving what we paid for. I was going to submit a ticket but I see that none of yours have been addressed. This is disgraceful.

I did finally receive my benefits from last month gifted by a viking, still no actual response from anyone and my VIP section is still showing "information not found" so I guess we will see if in a couple days I again don't receive my current months benefits as they usually come between the 12th and 14th.

I have been waiting on yocash since my last post this is the second time right before its supposed to post that the time is changed when i left today it said i had 7 hours not it says i have 9 days and so many hours this is after the first time that it was moved 2 weeks. I spend a ton of money on this game and im tired of having these issues every month!

I didn't get any rewards in September. I did get rewards in October. But now late this month. I am really fed up with this. My VIP expires in April. I will not renew if this does not get fixed. I have sent so many tickets. We shouldn't have to beg for what was promised us. I want my missing rewards Yoworld!!!

I am really fed up with this!
Again, it is now november 15th and I still didn't get my montly vip items.
Not sure I even get the september, october and november yocash/yocoins.. I know I got at least one but not for the 3 months.
Last tuesday I sent them a msg that I didnt get my items, they replied that on next wednesday I was going to get them... well it's been 2 wednesday since and I still didnt get my items.
What is the point of paying for VIP when you don't even get what you paid for! :grr :grr

I finally got September and November's VIP rewards. Viking Amber answered my ticket and gave them to me! Keep sending tickets. I have gotten responses from other Vikings that didn't help me and implied that I didn't miss any. So frustrating. But finally got someone that would help. Viking Adam is the worst. Viking Amber is the best. She has helped me before. We will probably go through this again next month. Just keep sending tickets. Good luck!!

Viking Amber granted mine as well yesterday so don't give up (even though I understand the frustration all too well).
