Just bought music player and a track. No sound so i thought maybe the track purchase didn't go through so bought the same one again. Couldn't find tracks in my items then finally found them both but no sound coming from music player. It shows up where you can stop the track or edit it but no matter what I do still no sound. Can't find anything in settings about sound now either. Never had this problem when I had one years ago.

having same issue.. i went into settings> top right corner and clicked enable sound .. still cant hear

Click the wheel (settings) next to the room name in the room that has your player. Check the box that says enable sound fx/music. Make sure your volume on your desktop, laptop, etc. is not muted or turned down. Also, make sure you have loaded track into player by either clicking the cassette icon on the track or dragging it over to the player.

This morning the sound was working fine then reloaded now sound is down for all of Yoworld.

done it all no sound.. cant even hear in shop to preview..
