Anyone else having this issue? I've cleared my cache and tried through Yoworld.com, the desktop app and through FB directly. :sleepy:

I am having the same issue with no layering tool and I noticed that my screen is different....it was a dark color with my avi in the top right corner that you click and there are options to refresh but that is gone and it is now a white screen.

update: I cleared my cache and restarted my laptop now everything is back to normal and my layering tool is back. :)
