I have just about had it with this game. I have been playing almost since the beginning, and the game keeps getting worse and worse. I couldn't enter the gem event for the lake house last night on any of my accounts, because the game kept refreshing and refreshing when I was just about done decorating! TWO HOURS on ONE room is RIDICULOUS! I finally had to quit, and go to bed. I didn't get one challenge done last night!

NO ONE at BVG seems to give one rip about our issues. I send in tickets, get the general response that they have received my ticket, blah blah blah. I has been almost 2 MONTHS, and still nothing. NO ONE seems to give a rip about anything. I pay for the premium VIP, and expect more from BVG

WHERE THE HECK ARE ANY OF THE BVG ADMINS????? They used to respond to every issue, now...not one thing. Is this the end of the game? It's very similar to when Zynga decided to end the game. I haven't seen an admin response in the forum, either. I think after spending $100's of real dollars( others, probably much more $$) we deserve an explanation. I thought they said if we use the desktop app, the game will work much more smoothly..I'm still waiting. PLEASE DO SOMETHING, VIKINGS!!

I have had this for months. All BVG ever suggest is clear cache etc, it just doesn't work. I feel your frustration.
