Yes, I've posted this before, and even sent in a ticket, and nothing. When I visit neighbors there are several that I don't see their avi and no rewards box pops up. It doesn't matter which of their rooms I go to, it's as if they aren't my neighbor, but they really are. Several are people I've been visiting and chatting with forever, and now, I can't. Is this something Viking can't fix? A response to my ticket or something would be nice. But I'm just a little irritated. I was a gold supporter, but stopped buying any Yocash until further notice.

It's likely that they've unfriended you from their Buddy lists. Some players will add you during a gem competition, and then immediately delete newbies from their Buddy lists.

If they had unfriended her, then she wouldn't have been able to be in their house. I have ran into something similar and discovered that it happens when I accidentally visited the same person twice in 1 day.

two possible reasons that their avatar does not show up:

1- they are of a lower level than the 500 higher leveled buddies on your buddy list, so they fall off your friend ladder at the bottom end (you'd need to go delete some of your buddies that have higher levels to get them back on the ladder)

2- their default room is a gem room

two possible reasons there will be no free gift or coins to collect on a coin run

1 - if you see them in your room as an offline avatar, then they might have arrived there before the end of the day (for me on pacific coast US it is 5pm), when the new day starts. if i am signed into game for example at 4:55pm, and see some offline avatars waiting for return coin runs, but don't visit them until after 5pm, the time of day the game starts again for coin runs, they will show up in the room (unless it is a gem room), but there will be no prize to click on to collect coins/chests.

2 - same as 1 in the first list, they have slipped to the bottom of your buddy list in terms of their level being too low. will need to delete some buddies of higher level.

If it's not one of these scenarios, it is a glitch i think. Good luck! I wish the vikings would look at this forum, it seems to only have help from fellow players, no vikings come in here to respond.
