I tried to finish my entry for today's Gem event. I get an error message. "Your entry contains items that you don't own or have available". I checked and I have all of them. Also my avatar is clothing and features will not totally save and it is bald and has most of their clothing missing. I started having these issues yesterday. I have refreshed and refreshed. I try loading on Facebook rather that the desktop app. Still the same,

I couldn't enter and got the same message. Now I can't even get dressed! Said that I don't have the items but they show in my inventory and my money is gone. :?:

And today, I can't enter, it's saying "not all requirements met" even though I've MET all the requirements!! And ALL ARE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. INCLUDING THE ITEMS I PURCHASED FOR THE EVENT!!

I also got the error message when clearly all requirements have been met. I submitted a ticket. We shall see... :grr

Try adding another bench. It originally said 1 bench but it changed to 2 benches.

I posted this in a separate post below. Same problem for me. I bought items for the challenge. It took my $ just fine.... but won't let me submit my room. Same as everyone is saying.
