Me and several of my friends are having trouble with our hairs that we already own not loading, plus we freeze while they try to load after purchasing the new hairs that came out. We are using Chrome browser and have cleared history and have run a cleaner program but issue still remains.

What hairs are giving you trouble. Maybe it is a particular hair. I had no problem with the ones I bought in the store.
Did you purchase them at the store?
