Why aren't Photo Frames working and i think they are disabled ?

Just sit back and have patience...they didn't say why I don't believe.

Hey , I have had the same problem with picture frames for years .. I have spent hundreds of thousands on frames with pics bought from other players .. A couple of things to check about your frames .. 1. Where they your pictures in the frames or bought pics ? 2. If they are frames that had your personal pics uploaded , do you still have that picture on your FB ? 3. If they are frames you have bought from others players ( as I have ) in game , then the Seller might have deleted those pictures from their FB page . Resulting in them gone from the Frames you bought from them .. 3. If you can not load pics from your own Fb , then it is what they are working on .. Sadly there is nothing they can do about any Frames/pics you may have bought from players who then deleted the pics from there FB.. .. I lost an entire Home I had dedicated to all Angel pictures , I spent a fortune in coins to buy them from a nice lady .. Who knew when she deleted them from her Fb , I would lose them all She didn't know either , it was not a scam or anything she just didn't realize her buyers would all lose the images ... So in the future just to let everyone know , Do Not buy Frames with Images or buy at your own risk !! And all we can do is wait to be able to load our own images .. But I am ok with that since BVG is doing so much to clean up our game
