How do I make my house become the place visitors come to instead of my apartment room.... when I visit some friends I go to their house or a house instead of apartment... can anyone help?

Go to the house you would like to set as your "default home" the place where visitors will come to.
Double click the name of your home at the top right of the screen.
Next to the spot where it lets you rename this home you can check the box.
This will make it your new default so when people visit that will be your main house.
