There use to be a refresh button, but now i have to log out of game completely and re-enter through Face Book. Is there an easier way Im not seeing? thanks everyone.

Should be a refresh button up by your URL bar.
Or
hold down the Alt key and hit f5 key. or the R key.

sometimes i use f5 or just hit home on fb like u said and log back in .

should be on your top toolbar, the refresh button. its in a slightly different spot depending on which browser you're using though.
