Try to make this a short explanation:

Used account on my neighbors facebook to migrate MS to then traded everything to my facebook account. I then uninstalled the app on her facebook, thinking that would delete my account. However it is still here.

You may want to contact Facebook with this issue. Or, send BVG a ticket via the HELP tab above your game screen..and let them advise you.

The app itself can not be deleted totally, unless that FB account is deactivated. Even then, it exists. Because the account can be reactivated.

They can delete the app from their FB, and turn off all notifications from the app. And it will be a distant memory.
