What do you do with the party crackers?

It is like the new coin boxes.
Click on your inventory icon (the yellow crate, bottom right of play screen)
When it loads click on "Available" tab and they should be there.
You can click it..and open 1 at a time or all..it gives you hats, 16 color choices.. and another chest with coins.

the 16 hat colors are:
gold
Aqua
black
blue
green
indigo
orange
violet
yellow
bronze
white
red
Rainbow (non animated)
Rainbow Animated (looks aqua but changes)
pink
silver

The Coin chest values range from 250c - 25,000c
