When you visit the Realtor, I have noticed there are 2 of the same houses.
For example, there are two Lonely Hearts Motels, available for purchase.
I can't figure out, the difference? If someone can explain it, I would appreciate it!

The homes that are listed twice are some of the first ones that we (BVG) released, and we were still learning how to put them into the Realtor. We've since been able to make sure any new homes are only listed once, but we're still looking into the double listings.

The good news is that they're the same homes! It doesn't matter which one you choose :)

The double listing is not a new thing. It has always been there in many other things than homes. I thought double listing is this. 1 for you and 1 for me-If a person buys one the owner get ones too. Since the owners who make the game can also have a Placed or an Instance of it as well.
I notice some of my own items are an "instance as I always buy from the owner ( per say always yo cash and coin and rare at events from players. ) I am a main supporter of this game as I only buy from owner all Yo cash items. If I happen to buy a yo cash item I have an original in my possession first.
Or I am collecting of which I rarely can do that anymore from all the "other work I do for YO for free."
I know an "|instance is a copy of an original" And many times I bought for YOcash and was given a "placelet or an instance" instead.
The one for you and one for me is just exactly what I think it is. When I was in My space - I had every single item in my possession. Un place able screws hammer, thread, nails. then it was all the other widgets that were in my inventory. these trinkets were there Also i had many other unplaceable trinkets in the game that were in my inventory and no one else had. the Pink thread.. ..
Also. when I played on Ms and Fb i bought from BOTH sites the same thing. YO cash items. in ms it was an instance but in fb it was not.. SO I know that when it says a 2 items it is one is for |owners and one is for|player..
As a web designer, and small program knowledge and coding I would say that since Bvg has bought the game they are going into " the prehistoric programmed things of the past and their own past and copy pasting code-thus some things are still ghosted in. Many things are not able to be changed.
That is the way I am putting it together. ALthough I am not a top notch programer. I do have the ability to read code even though I am quite retro. HTML was my favorite subject, a language that will always be the fastest, clearest and with un passable speed.
Ahh the love of the game. right. all for the love of the game and learning.
