Should know this, been playing for a very long time...But I've always just kept things in my stash, so my question is...Can I sell wallpapers and floors that are IN USE?

Yes you can but if you ever change the wallpaper or floor, it will be gone.

Thanks, re-designing and re-arranging all my houses, too much repetition so I don't plan on using them again. Throwin' em all on the auction block for newer players at half price!
