I am wondering how do you add your neighbors so that you can get a promotion at the factory. I now have the amount of neighbors plus some that was stated at the factory for the next promotion but it dose not allow me to add them. They are on my ladder and on my buddy list but still not being recognized on the salary part of the factory of which was the whole reason for adding neighbors. Does anyone know how you get a promotion for a bigger salary. Thank you.

I'm not sure that part of the game is working. I would suggest sending BVG a note using the help tab in game. Either ask them to add enough people to your factory so that you can get paid and if you have specific names, give them those. I think they will do that for you.

Yeah it's broken. So irritating. They told me to send them my neighbor count and they would "adjust" my level but that won't work either. MANY MANY MANY neighbors have left the game so they no longer show up in my list. I believe they still count as my level didn't drop but I don't know how many I have now that we lost our neighbor page that we used to have.

None of my new neighbors have counted. Now they say you have to add a brand new person who has never played the game before. Sorry but that is just stupid. Yes I said it. STUPID. It makes no sense at all. There is virtually no way to ever catch up to the people who are at the top factory tier.

I have pretty much given up and accepted my level will never change.

I loved it when you would get payed more coins at the factory for having more neighbors. That was an older part of the game, I dont think it works anymore. You can still buy neighbors with Yocash, but I dont think it is worth it,
