I had $18.00 of my yocash taken from me WHY? I declided the orange color hair, style my computer froze I refresh as it ask. But when I reurn in a few minutes Yoworld took $18.00 of my yocash please refund me as I never ask for this hair at all , I decliced it . thanks [ pinkie(66502)]

Well im not a viking . but if you send in a ticket using the help tab .it will go straight to the bvg team and they will read what you write in. and they may refund your purchase .
