How do I post my room with animations on forums? Please help

Hi! I'll explain to you how to put room with animations & if u have any more questions ask!
Here's how i do it:

-you have to install a program for recording, here's link : http://www.cockos.com/licecap/
-install it and then you can record what ever you want (try to record max. 5 sec or it will be to long for posting!)
-you'll need a link for forum, here's what i use : https://postimage.io/ (u don't need to register for using it!), upload your record & use direct link for forums & that's it!
