Why do some people have a 'PM' and/or 'Web link' when they post here and some either one or none?

What determines it? Can it be set?

PM stands for Private Message and some people prefer not to receive them from other players so they disable them which makes the small PM icon under your avatar disappear.

In order to do so, just follow the instructions below:



Note: Admins/Moderators can still be able to message you, this rule only applies to player messages, also if you're already in a PM convo with a player or more it can no longer proceed on their end since your inbox settings have changed.

The "Web Link" is where people paste their YoWorld apartment link so other players can visit them. It's helpful if someone you met on the Forums would like to drop you a gift so this is where it comes in handy.

In order to get your apartment link:


Login to the game.
1. click on the little home Icon to the left of your screen.

2. Hover your mouse over your primary Yo Apartment right over where the text says "Apartment"
3. Now with your mouse cursor on it, it's gonna say "Options" click on it.
4. Now you should copy the whole URL to your clipboard and paste it on the Forums next to "Website:"
