When I went in tonight, it said I have one new message but I couldn't access it because my Inbox was full. So I deleted a ton of stuff but still couldn't access the new message. I then deleted a ton of Sent Messages but I still can't access the new message. I tried refreshing with no success. This is what is says now:

Folder is 44% full (22 from 50 messages stored)

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Help!!! Thanks!!

You have to click 'Release all on hold messages'.

so the object is to find that message! you might have deleted the sent message.
That happened to me a few times. I just delete it all. this way i know how to get my messages. .. its the craziest inbox right? these forums are so retro. blagh.
