How do you put items back when you dont want them after their in the room or your trying to redecorate. I don't like the way they changed it, kinda complicated, thankyou

2 ways.
1. go to your "chair" the decorate room mode and then " click the clear room" this will put the entire room into your inventory again.
2. Go to the "red chair," the edit your room mode, then one at a time drag your item into your inventory on bottom and let it drop. You kinda pick it up with the arrow anddrag it to the bottom of screen and release arrow. and it plops into your inventory.

Thanks for responding, but what if you whole room is done and you dont want to clear it, you just want to move one thing say across the room, i cant figure that part out, plus the whole thing with all the inventory is right in the way. They really seemed to make this harder.

Hi Joey. you click on the "chair." this puts you into Edit room mode.
You select your item with your mouse. Hold mouse down and drag your item across the room inside the room. You do not go into your inventory. You are in edit mode to edit your room.
does that make sense.

1. click the red chair, the big one at bottom
2. use your mouse to touch our item with the arrow.
select it by clicking the mouse
3. drag your item to where you want.
4. release the mouse button when your item is where you want it.

You can revert to the old decorating method which has personally made it easier for me.
To change go to the cog wheel at the top right under the "help" tab, click on it, and uncheck "use new room editing store"
