you can delete homes but IF YOU DO. all the contents in it gets deleted too. You cannot delete the original apartment.

Actually If you delete the home, your items are returned into your inventory. I had 10+ trailers at one point and I got sick of seeing them on my home button menu so I deleted them, and all items were returned into my inventory .I have never lost any item by deleting a house they are in.

It would be really cool if Yoworld would let us buy a house, fix it up with furnature, decorations and all, then let us sell it. I bet people would love doing that.
