I recently had to set my iphone back to how it was when I got it and my YoPass needs an 8 digit link code found in the acct tab of the game. I cannot get into the game to retrieve it. I am completely locked out of YoWorld. 10 yrs of playing and it looks like I am done. I need help. What can I do? My acct is a game acct and my real name is not used. All the information they want is pictures of my real life ID etc but that won't work as it is a different name. Please anyone.

This is one area I am not able to help you as I refused to use a 'lock code' that so many had trouble with and were locked out entirely for months. Although quite a lot of directions was in the 'STICKY" area and explanations on what to do, I did not want to be cumbered with this big hassle for myself. As it is, my cell has a Lock code too and if I use and it, there would be no problem and have better security plus I would not lock myself out.

All I can do is give you a suggestion to go to the Help tab. that is it.. I have heard others who forgot their pass code get it reset with BVG in the email. This is all I can suggest. sorry.

when you log in look to the titles of the forums and you will see the goofy word called "STICKY"
Its a slang word for sticking something on the forum semi-permanently. The forum calls is a Sticky.
you can look for information about the topic you are refering to in the Sticky which was created due to so many trying to understand the "lock code." others had the same problems as you and many resolves are in there with the same problem as you. I was suggesting you search in this "LOCK CODE sticky."

sending a ticket in is probably your best option. I am sorry I am not able to help any other way.. oh look someone in here sent you a link to email BVG.. thats good. good luck.
