So, I know I've made a thread about this before about a year ago. But I'm still not understanding how to enter the design contests. I have so many questions that were answered unclearly. How do I know when a design contest is going on? Are there specific themes we have to create? What editing system can we use for our creations? Any? Do I have to create one separate item at a time? Or can I just create the whole look and submit it? Where do I submit my creations? I've just always wanted to take part in it, even if I don't win. I love painting and drawing. I wanna know everything there is to know about design contests.

I feel like a need someone who's taken part in it before to give me a crash course. Or a design contest 101. Because I have no idea where to even begin.

When Big viking games made their first clothing design contest there was not a theme . And they got a lot of nice entries . Next time they thought it would be better to have a theme . The first time they made a contest was made to see how the people would like the contest .and because players asked them to make a contest . People loved it . Bvg would make more clothing contests but it takes a long time . They make as many as they can there just isn't one right now . The last contest was christmas contest I think . When a cotest comes all the instructions will be in the contest thread . And it will be in the official contest and giveaway section of the forums . There is a contest discussion thread for questions and a contest entry thread for your designs . The disccusion thread for the contest will be in the discussions section of the forums . For costume designs you make a full costumes . and remember you have to make a front and a back of the costume . And you will probably get a popup in game when there is a clothing contest coming out . There was recently a whiteboard contest where you make a valentines card on a whiteboard I think. And then the winner got their art in the game . They did that once before with graphitti names . I don't know if that contest is stilll up . I don't know anything about the art design apps that people use to draw stuff . I only know how to use good old paint . And you don't want to use that . When a contest comes all the rules and instructions will be in the contest disccussion thread . There are avatar templates that you draw around . there was also a furniture contest once . but I don't know if they will be making a lot of those . I don't know everything about the contests . I hope you can get more info .
