I had used it before, but it was when it just came out and was malfunctioning so I turned it off. I heard that some issues were fixed and I am interested in turning it back on, how would I go about doing that? There WAS a switch to turn it on/off in Account Settings but I don't see it anymore...?

You go to your account tab in the game. The Yo pass instructions are there.
