Hello,
I would like to know why my photos were removed from the frames in the Foyer of my Brownstone? I had permission to use them. All of them were in my own FB Photo Album. Thank you.

There are problems with the frames all the time, and everyone's photos tend to reset sometimes. :thumbsup:

This has been happening a lot for me as well. Seems after a couple days of having my photo posted, it resets. :eh:

This is a Facebook issue..whenever they do some sort of upgrade or reset, it breaks the links to the photo frames. Sometimes you can reload them after a day or two...

mine disappeared too. I thought the reason was because i deleted them off fb. (i only posted the pics on fb, so i would able to use them on the frames).

for me, photos will disappear if i have not been in the room for a while
